Paul Cannon Plumbing granted my wish. He is prompt--arrived when he said he would. He is knowledgeable--solved my hot water problem in less than one hour. His fee was reasonable. I will definitely refer him. Its nice to know I can still get great customer service these days!

he hub and I are "do-it-yourselfers". But, we ran into a plumbing repair that had us both, a little stumped and intimidated. We'd already received an outlandish quote from another plumbing company, so we decided to randomly call a local plumber from a google search. We hit jackpot! Paul Cannon and Roy showed up to see what had us stumped. We're so happy they did! They jumped right in where we left off and came up with a great solution. Gave us a very fair quote for the work and jumped right in. They had us sorted out in a couple of hours and even taught us a few things. What makes these guys even more awesome...it was a Friday evening, when they should have been calling it quits for the weekend. And they even kept us entertained with their friendly banter and great attitudes! We have a new go-to plumber and from now on will be calling this man first. An actual enjoyable contractor experience! First time I've been able to say that in decades.

The service technician was prompt, pleasant and customer focused. He did an excellent job and I have since saved his cell phone number in my contacts for any future projects or services that may require his expertise.

Wow he came over to my house in such short notice and gave me a rate I CANT complain about! I am defiantly going through with him when I have my finances in place. I almost forgot to mention he life-time warranties his work. Will update my review once everything is installed :)
